Job Description:
Summary:
This role will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product and service information to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
- Review, research, and ensure customer orders are accurate and communicated to production fulfillment via the technology platform, including change orders, debits and credits and inquiries.
- Resolve more complex customer complaints, invoicing issues, and scheduling modifications.
- Support reviewing contracts for compliance with the department’s contract review requirements.
- Using pricing tools, perform standard pricing calculations for quote requests and customer orders.
- Gain stronger understanding of program and alternative pricing options.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education
- 2+ years customer service, sales support and/or order processing experience
- Experience with production/order fulfillment software
