Summary:

Essential Functions:

  • Design, architect, configure, implement and document business processes in Logistics area within an SAP S4/HANA Enterprise Application environment; confer with Business Unit staff to understand business needs, system inputs and outputs and current deficiencies to co-design the optimum solution based on specifications and constraints; lead and contribute to cross-functional project teams that address customer initiatives or IT infrastructure needs; review and assign dissemination of training to customers and IT staff; advise management on best practices, capability of the application, and assist with setting strategy for the optimal use of SAP S/4 HANA; implement standards, conduct independent research and provide training to IT staff and customers; study existing enterprise applications to evaluate effectiveness and develop new systems to improve functions and efficiencies; use a structured process that incorporates VOC, CAP, DMAIC, and problem solving (e.g. Knowledge Transfer) to define, design and implement solutions; work with customers to analyze the solve  business problems using enterprise applications; maintain project plans, proactively identify potential issues and implement risk mitigation measures; maintain regular and appropriate (i.e. VOC vocabulary) communications to managers, technical staff, and business unit stakeholders; provide support and mentoring to junior staff members in finding resolutions to open issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering and Management or related field.  5 years experience in job offered or as Enterprise Systems Technical Specialist-ERP CoE, SAP Systems Analyst or Consultant or Senior Consultant or any combination thereof. Must have 1 year of experience (may be gained concurrently with the above experience) in: SAP MM/WM/LE modules, and SAP S/4 HANA MM/EWM modules.
