Job Description: 

Summary:

This role is responsible for the end-to-end administration and optimization of the company’s expense programs, including Purchasing Card (PCard), American Express Card and Travel & Expense (T&E) programs. This role will oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, reporting, and systems support. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent application of policies, efficient program operations, and support for users across the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Administer the corporate Purchasing Card (PCard) program, including issuance, cancellation, account maintenance, credit limit management, and delinquency monitoring.
  • Administer American Express corporate card program including issuance, cancellation, account maintenance, credit limit management, and delinquency monitoring.
  • Oversee the T&E program, including the administration of corporate travel cards and expense reporting via Concur.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Concur, maintaining configurations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system optimization. Provide support and training to employees on Concur use and T&E policies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and external regulatory requirements for all expense programs.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of expense-related policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute program reports, dashboards, and metrics to leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in expense program management, corporate card administration, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Concur and American Express card platforms. Experience with system configuration in Concur (e.g., workflows, policies, user profiles).
  • Experience with PCard program administration.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and expense reporting practices.
