Summary:

The HRIS Analyst will provide global Human Capital Management system support to all our HR functions including: HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning. The successful candidate will be highly confidential, analytical, process and detailed oriented, customer focused and bring a strong understanding of the SuccessFactors HCM system.

 

Compensation for this position will be determined based on various factors, including experience, skills, and internal equity. The expected salary range for this role is between $79,000 and $110,000. Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the administration, break-fix and overall support of our various SuccessFactors HCM modules: Employee Central, Reporting and Analytics/Dashboards, Position Management, Recruitment (SuccessFactors), Onboarding, Learning Management
  • Serves as a technology business partner to gather business requirements from key stakeholders and translates them into an effective system design, while considering and anticipating organizational impact.
  • Responsible for conducting regular system and data audits, reporting, system training as requested and system testing.
  • Other Duties include but not limited to:
    • Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities
    • Ensure data security and standards are adhered to
    • Must be able to adjust daily work schedule to meet the needs of our European and Asian time zones
    • May perform other duties and participate on special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • BS degree plus 2-3 years professional HR experience (or the equivalent in professional and HRIS experience)
  • HRIS experience with SuccessFactors system a must
  • Project management experience
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities a must and good problem solving skills
  • Understanding of IT integration processes
