Job Description: 


One of the purposes of the role is to support our customers in existing projects by solving technical questions and challenges, internally coordinating efforts with Operations and Quality departments.  Another important part of the role is to support customers in the development of new projects, ensuring technical and commercial feasibility.

Essential Functions:

  1. Technical support of assigned Accounts: 
    Assist in achieving the established sales plan and assist in solving quality topics
    Drive technical discussions with the customer to achieve our strategic initiatives (alternative raw material qualification, PCN’s, etc.) 
    Support plans to ramp up into series production.
  2. Assist colleagues with bids and tenders from a technical perspective
    Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  3. Assist and provide technical support for RFQ’s and design in activities, checking design rules, define technical specifications with customers
    Communicate the specific needs to develop competitive products.
  4. Technical expertise:
    Provide in-field training to Rogers’ Sales Engineers, Key Account Managers and customers.
    Developing technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
    Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  5. Monitor, analyze, and report on competitive technological activities.
  6. Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide engineering inputs for developing products or modifying existing products.


  • Engineering degree
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and team working skills
  • Project management skills
  • Fluency in German and English language
  • Experience in working with customers in an international environment and with different cultural background
  • Power-electronics or micro-electronics manufacturing knowledge, good understanding of general electronics and applications
