Summary:

Der Einkäufer (m/w/d) kümmert sich um die Beschaffung, Verhandlung und pünktliche Lieferung von Rohstoffen, Serviceartikeln und sämtlichen zu beschaffenden Gütern im Unternehmen.

Essential Functions:

Ihre neuen Aufgaben in unserem Team:

 

  • Verantwortung der Beschaffung von produktionsrelevanten Chemikalien sowie indirekten Materialien und Dienstleistungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungsplänen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen Fachbereich
  • Ansprechpartner für interne Kunden zur Bestellabwicklung, Terminverfolgung und Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Erkennen von Einsparungspotentialen und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Kostenoptimierung
  • Verantworten von Ausschreibung, Verhandlungen und Vertragsabschlüssen mit Lieferanten
  • Lieferantensuche, Aufbau & Pflege von Partnerschaften
  • Intensivierung der Second Source Qualifizierung für Lieferanten im Bereich der Produktion, MRO usw.    
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung des Purchasing Managers bei Audits (Kunden- & Lieferantenaudits (VDA), ISO/IATF, SOX, usw.)

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung 
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf/ Beschaffung
  • Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Affinität für Zahlen, Daten, Fakten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
