Summary:

This role ensures the readiness and optimal use of the technical machinery and systems.

Essential Functions:

 

Ihre neuen Aufgaben in unserem Team:

  • Gewährleistung der Anlagenbereitschaft und deren optimale Nutzung
  • Instandhaltung, Instandsetzung, Pflege von Fertigungsanlagen
  • Einstellen, justieren, reparieren, überwachen, optimieren und bedienen von Maschinen und Maschinengruppen sowie Beseitigung von Störungen
  • Aufbau von Neuanlagen sowie Demontage bzw. Recycling gemäß Vorgaben
  • Führung von Anlagen- und Maschinenhandbüchern sowie Wartungsplänen
  • Organisation der Ersatzteilhaltung
  • Einhaltung und Überwachung der Qualität und Prozesskontrolle
  • Schulung bzw. Unterweisung von Mitarbeitern
  • Einhaltung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von AA`s, PA`s
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Vorgesetzten in sachlicher und organisatorischer Hinsicht sowie in Fragen der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Qualität
  • Einhaltung der im IM-Systems definierten Rahmenbedingungen sowie Umweltrichtlinien lt. ISO 14001

Qualifications:

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:

  • Facharbeiter (m/w/d) im elektrotechnischen- oder mechatronischen Bereich; vorzugsweise Mechatroniker (m/w/d)

 

Was wir an Ihnen schätzen:

  • Kenntnisse vom Aufbau und der Funktion von Produktionsanlagen
  • Kenntnisse in der Mechanik und Automation sowie Messen, Steuern, Regeln
  • SPS-Programmierkenntnisse
  • PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP)
  • Bereitschaft, Arbeitszeiten flexibel zu gestalten
  • Zuverlässiges, flexibles und selbständiges Arbeiten
