Job Description: 

Summary:

Essential Functions:

 

  • Qualifizierung von Rohmaterial und neuen Materialien
  • Koordination/Evaluierung von PPAP-Dokumentationen mit Lieferanten
  • Technische Verantwortung bei der Auswahl und Entwicklung neuer Rohstoffe
  • Materialspezifische Analysen und Unterstützung Operations bei technischen Problemen im Zusammenhang mit dem eingesetzten Rohmaterial
  • Qualitätsbezogene Ursachenermittlung bei Reklamationen von Lieferanten
  • Statistische Auswertung von Messreihen und Analysen
  • Durchführung/Auswertung von Laboruntersuchungen (z.B. REM, US-Prüfungen, mikroskopische Untersuchungen, Bewertung von Schliffbildern)
  • Entwurf und Ratifizierung von Verträgen/Technischen Spezifikationen mit Lieferanten
  • Leitung/Teilnahme bei Realisierung von Projekten und Qualifizierungen im Bereich Lieferantenqualität (SQM)
  • Sicherstellen der geforderten Qualität von Rohmaterial (NE-Metalle, etc.) entsprechend der Qualitätsforderungen und Qualitätsziele des Unternehmens nach IATF 16949
  • Ausschuss-/Schwachstellenanalysen im Zusammenhang mit Rohmaterialien (u.a. Recherchen im SAP)
  • Technische Klärungen vom Qualitätsproblemen mit Einbeziehung von Lieferanten
  • Kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit Lieferanten hinsichtlich technischen Themen und materialspezifischer/qualitätsrelevanter Weiterentwicklung 
  • Teilnahme bei Lieferantenaudits nach VDA 6.3

Qualifications:

 

Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen:

 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur FH oder durch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung gleichwertige erworbene Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Werkstofftechnik und Lieferantenmanagement
  • Umfängliche Kenntnisse in Statistik
  • Kenntnisse in DOE
  • Erfahrung in Qualitätstechniken/-methoden (z.B. QFD, Shainin, SPC)  
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV (MS Office und SAP)
  • Erfahrung in Six Sigma Methodik (z.B. MiniTab Kenntnisse; Green Belt Ausbildung)
