Summary:

Als Schichtführer m/w/d übernehmen Sie die personelle und fachliche Führung des Teams, stellen einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Schicht sicher und achten auf die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Leistungsstandards. Zudem sind Sie Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und unterstützen bei der Einsatzplanung und Prozesskoordination.

Essential Functions:

Ihre Aufgaben in unserem Team:

  • Sicherstellung und Umsetzung der gesetzlichen sowie Rogers internen Sicherheitsstandards
  • Mitarbeiterführung sowie Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Gewährleistung der Anlagenbereitschaft und deren optimale Nutzung
  • Instandhaltung, Instandsetzung, Pflege von Fertigungsanlagen
  • Einstellen, Justieren, Reparieren, Überwachen, Optimieren und Bedienen von Maschinen und Maschinengruppen sowie Beseitigung von Störungen
  • Aufbau von Neuanlagen sowie Demontage bzw. Recycling gemäß Vorgaben
  • Führung von Anlagen- und Maschinenhandbüchern sowie Wartungsplänen
  • Root Cause Analysen und Lean Tools (5Why, A3, 6S, SMED)
  • Organisation der Ersatzteilhaltung
  • Nasschemische Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten (je nach Bereich)
  • Einhaltung und Überwachung der Qualität und Prozesskontrolle 
  • Schulung bzw. Unterweisung von Mitarbeitern
  • Einhaltung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von AA`s, PA`s
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Vorgesetzten in sachlicher und organisatorischer Hinsicht sowie in Fragen der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Qualität

Qualifications:

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:

  • Facharbeiter (m/w/d) mit elektrotechnischer Ausbildung, vorzugsweise Elektriker, Elektroniker, Mechatroniker (m/w/d), vorzugsweise Weiterqualifikation als Meister/Techniker 

 

Was wir an Ihnen schätzen:

  • Selbständiges, ordnungsgemäßes und sauberes Arbeiten  
  • Kenntnisse im Aufbau und dem Betrieb von Produktionsanlagen
  • Kenntnisse in Automatisierung, Mechanik sowie Messen, Steuern und Regeln
  • SPS - Programmierkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft, Arbeitszeiten flexibel zu gestalten 
  • Einsatz im 3-, 4-, oder 5-Schichtbetrieb
  • Strukturiertes, sorgfältiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln und Arbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV (MS Office)
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke / respektvoller Umgang 
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
