Job Description: 

Summary:

This role will focus on growing sales with allocated small and medium-sized customers within Europe. Growing customer and creating opportunities and thereby satisfying customer and generating profitable sales.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain & develop allocated existing small customers into medium customers
  • Maintain & develop medium-sized customers & determine which have the potential to become major customers
  • Prepare the transition of medium-sized accounts converted to major customers to the KAM Team
  • Monitor customer accounts and identify upsell opportunities
  • Track and update customer information in SFL
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Follow up on allocated leads and inquiries via outbound cold calls and emails
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Collaborate with the KAM team to ensure customer satisfaction, when required
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • Prepare and present sales proposals
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as needed
     

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in engineering commercial studies or equivalent with a min of 2 years of relevant experience in international Sales or Customer Service. Experience in the busbar industry is a definite plus.
  • Customer Relationship Management & proficiency in CRM Software
  • Sales Data Analysis
  • Report and Presentation Preparation
  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English is a must; other languages are an asset

  • Travel expectation: 15%-20%
