Job Description: 

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP S/4 FICO consultant to play a key role in the SAP greenfield implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective SAP implementation and support in alignment with the company's objectives. As the SAP S/4 FICO consultant, you will be instrumental in driving business success through optimizing our ERP solutions and processes.

Essential Functions:

  • 1.    Collaborate with the global teams to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions.
    2.    Work with business process owners and customers to analyze and solve business problems. Works on complex and high-impact issues. Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis and suggests the best course of action.
    3.    Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA FICO modules to meet business needs while ensuring best practices and system optimization.
    4.    Provide end-to-end support for SAP S/4HANA FICO applications, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and conducting regular system maintenance.
    5.    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA FICO with other SAP modules and external systems.
    6.    Perform system testing, documentation, and user training to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.
    7.    Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA FICO trends, best practices, and new features to recommend improvements and optimizations.
    8.    Provide timely and effective communication with the US-based team, ensuring all project milestones and objectives are met.
    9.    Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to SAP S/4HANA FICO projects.

Qualifications:

  • 1.    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2.    8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, including implementation, configuration, and support.
    3.    5+ years of In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules.
    4.    Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.
    5.    Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English, as you will collaborate with the US and Europe-based teams.
    6.    SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
    7.    Ability to work in a cross-functional and international team environment.
    8.    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    9.    Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
    10.    Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
    11.    Availability for occasional travel to the United States and Europe may be required.
