Job Description: 

Summary:

This role is responsible for following work instructions strictly to produce qualified product to meet customer requirement and improve performance continuously. This is a manual role in a production environment.  Maintain safety and clean work environment.  Perform basic quality checks based on relevent work, safety and test instructions.

Essential Functions:

  • Create and inspect products and ensure quantity and quality meet the customer's requirements
  • Quantitative and qualitative check of the raw materials and auxiliary materials used.  Report deviations in a timely manner.
  • Load and unload machinery according to relevent work and safety instruction.
  • Follow work instructions strictly and ensure the work and product meet quality standards
  • Complete productivity and quality control logs  
  • Review environmental policies
  • Participate in company training programs to learn new skills
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

**Qualifications vary by location**

China and South Korea:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing company
  • Basic 5S knowledge

 

Germany:

  • Per German apprenticeship program, no apprenticeship required
  • 1+ years’ internal production line experience within the relevant department  
  • Machine operation and measurement tool experience
  • Good local language communication skills
