Job Description:
Summary:
This role is responsible for leading CI project of Floats manufacturing in production yield, efficiency, material cost down area and etc.. In charge of new product setup and process optimization to mass production.
Essential Functions:
- Lead continuous improvement to raise product yield, efficiency and process stabilization. （30%）
- Lean and IE skills with success project experience. （20%）
- Process capability and capacity/productivity improvement. （10%）
- P-FMEA, CP, WI/WSP and other process related document prepare and control. （10%）
- Line Troubleshooting and Customer complaint root cause analysis. （10%）
- New project mass production process setup, validation together with line fixture preparation. （10%）
- Other duties as assigned. （10%）
Qualifications:
- Education: bachelor degree in Polymer Science or mechanical engineering area.
- Years of Experience: Over 3 years process engineering experience.
- Experience with continuous process improvement.
- Lean and IE skills with success project experience.
- Orally and written English skills.
- Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
- Good self-motivated, good execution, and result-orientated.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- ISO9000 or ISO/TS16949 knowledge is preferred.
- Automobile industrial background is preferred.
