Job Description: 

Summary:

Lead new automotive project’s process development and optimization to meet customer requirements from quality, capacity and cost, finally improve our product’s competitiveness ,fully ready into mass production.

Essential Functions:

  • 1)    According to customer requirements and specification, do initial process study to support project quotation (10%)
    2)     Develop process capability and capacity during project development and design&optimize the layout with lean approach(40%)
    3)    Dig out process failure modes with solid solutions to pursue zero defect (15%)
    4)    Prepare process documents and records to standardize the process and support the validation of process(20%)
    5)    Support outsourcing process realization (5%)
    6)    Other jobs assigned by supervisor (10%)

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience: Briefly outline the educational level & degree program, and experience required to perform the job.
    Bachelor’s degree in power electronics or electricity
    Or 2 Year working experience with high-voltages product, especially experience of the product testing


Required Skills and Abilities: Briefly outline the specific skills and abilities necessary to perform the job.
    Problem solving skills
    Process knowledge such as CP, FMEA, etc..
    Project management skill 
    Fluent spoken English
    Good team spirit and high accountability


Preferred Education and Experience: When applicable, add any preferred educational level & degree program, or preferred additional experience
    Automotive industry experience
    Experience of laser welding
