Job Description: 

Summary:

Pursue automotive process excellence to satisfy customer from Quality, Delivery and Cost aspects. Problem solving and process improvement

Essential Functions:

  • 1)    Pursue Zero injury each process via process design or optimization. (5%)
    2)    Build / optimize new process line's capability to meet customer’s expectation by focusing on zero defects and cost reduction via automation, visual system, lean methodology, benchmarking (30%)
    3)    Lead shop floor problem solving by focusing on first time right. (25%)
    4)    Layout optimization and Kaizens via lean, 6 sigma or others improvement methodology. (10%)
    5)    Lead new process capability to meet final expectation. (20%)
    6)    Other tasks assigned by supervisor (10%)

Qualifications:

  • (1) BS degree with majored in Mechanical Engineering
    (2) 3-5 years relevant experiences in process engineering design or process, knowledgeable in writing working instructions,
    Required Skills and Abilities: Briefly outline the specific skills and abilities necessary to perform the job.
    (3) Good skills of AutoCAD,
    (4) Knowledge of ERP, TS16949, PFMEA&CP/CPK
    (5) Logic thinking with creative idea
    (6) Good written English and workable spoken English
    (7) MS Office Software skill
    (8) Good team spirit and high accountability.
