Job Description:
Summary:
This role is responsible for developing and delivering technical support training, and product expertise to customers and internal teams
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for all technical support activities from initial contact requests to product resolution.
- Responsible for quality and consistency of product line communications with internal and external customers.
- Implements pricing strategies to support business growth.
- Drives sale and operation planning activities for short and long term forecast objectives.
- Drives product qualifications and new product launch activities to support product development process and implement new product launch plans.
- Coordinates with cross functional teams in ensuring accuracy of product line specific sales tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. May consider experience in lieu of degree
- 2 + years’ of technical service experience
- Ability to learn new products and technologies
- Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events and met with customers and partners.
