Job Description: 


-Interface with customers and internal function to assure professional and fast response to customer concern, Going after the maximum satisfaction of customer on the precondition of Rogers Benefit.

-High competency to work with cross function to handle the new project quality concern

- Quality planning, implementation and validation to fulfill customer requirement

- Good experience to handle customer claim to serve domestic and oversea customers

Essential Functions:

1.Take leading of  ROLINX customer quality planning management, be responsible for the customer new project’s quality performance and PPAP / FAI  document control. 40%
2.Internally work with project leader to coordinate the product type test / ROHS / REACH / IMDS and weekly report the status of new project Quality  . 15%
3.Lead the customer diverse Audits , like FAI, PPAP and so on. 15%
4.Understand customer’s requirements and coordinate team to handle customer concern and claim. 25%
5.Offer the quality related training to all employees in ROLINX T-line. 5%


Required Education and Experience

1.BS engineering degree and automotive company background;                                                                                                                             
2.Above 5years experience as customer and process quality management;
3.Familiar with APQP / PPAP/ FMEA/CP/8D/DOE/3*5Why ;
4.Knowledge and experience on IATF16949;                                                                                                       
5.Excellent communication skills both in Chinese & English
6.Proactive & good team sprit 

Preferred Skills and Abilities

1.Tier 1 Automotive supplier background
2.6 sigma or lean knowledge
