Job Description: 

Summary:

-High competency to work with production team to handle the quality concern in process and reinforce the improvement of process consistency;
-Be responsible for process/product audit to ensure the doing in practice is consistent with the definition in the WI;
-Take fast response action to monitor and ensure the implementation of corrective action in shop floor;

Essential Functions:

1.Take leading of  ROLINX process quality trouble shooting, be responsible for the internal coordination and monitoring to ensure the corrective action is well implemented.40%
2.Timely conducted the process audit and product audit, and ensure the effectiveness of action and track the status by PDCA. 20%
3.Understand internal and external customer’s requirements and coordinate team to optimize process capability and improvement by Quality Tooling in ROLINX  Automotive line to decrease of scrap and rework. 20%
4.Sustain the running of quality system, guarantee it is well implemented in ROLINX  Automotive line. 10%
5.Offer the quality related training to all employees in ROLINX Automotive line. 5%
6.Other works assigned by the supervisors. 5%

  • Minimum Required:
    1)BS engineering degree and automotive company background ;                                                                                                                             
    2)Above 5years experience as customer and process quality management;                                                                                                                                                
    3)Familiar with FMEA/CP/8D/DOE/3*5Why/SPC/MSA ;
    4)Knowledge and experience on IATF16949;                                                                                                       
    5)Excellent communication skills both in Chinese, good written English and workable spoken English
    6)Proactive & good team spirit 

    Preferred:
    7)Tier 1 Automotive supplier background
    8)6 sigma or lean knowledge
