Job Description: 

Summary:

Daily import/export custom clearance operation to ensure the goods and equipments are imported and exported timely, and legally to meet Division’s requirement and manage logbook to ensure the balance of bonded import and export to alliance with customs and other government requirement. Continues to improve forwarders performance to ensure high level logistics service at lowest cost.

Essential Functions:

1.Complete import customs declare for monthly bonded goods sold to China domestic and scraps without customs compliance violation and internal process required.
2.Well prepare for activities of annual customs cycle count and take as the key role during customs cycle count.
3.Verify import & export data for logbook reconciliation and complete logbook write-off related tasks according to customs compliance requirements.
4.Complete quarterly logbook balance simulation run and identify the variance issues.
5.Work with BU operation team and logistics internally on variance issue analysis to find the root cause and propose solution to fix. 
6.Continuously to improve logbook process efficiency with guidance from supervisor and accordance of customs compliance requirements, and complete logbook related SOP documentation create & update accordingly.
7.Contact Customs for misc. logbook requirements and issue resolve. 
8.Customs required filing and other logbook management related task.
9.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree

5 years experience in manufacturing enterprise and at least 3

years’ experience on logbook related jobs.

Good communication and negotiation skill

Good written English.  

High accountability and good team spirit

Strong ability to work under pressure
