Job Description: 

Summary:

This role is responsible for total production management with safety, people management, yield, OEE, quality and on time delivery.  Coordinating across stakeholder to meet production schedule with stable conditions to achieve MUST DO RESULTS.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct EHS rules for 5S,OSHA, near miss, first aid, Carpo, ect. to fully safety and environ management with target.
  • Well understand production management knowledge with OEE, yield, quality, OTD and TPM.
  • People management skills with performance evaluation, talent ladder, people motivation and discipline.
  • Continuous improvement skills with GB, Shainin and QCC to lead and coach multiple projects to achieve targets.
  • Working closely with process engineer, maintenance and QA to ensure solid production output with PRD(OTD)
  • Set up SOP(Standard Operation Procedure) with review.
  • Production analysis to provide solid data for management team’s decision.
  • KPI and electrical data management for total production process, MES system development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BS Business /Science/engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of ISO9000/IATF16949/MES/Lean/6 Sigma/SPC/FMEA is preferred, Internal auditor qualification is preferred.
  • Years of Experience: + 5 years manufacture plant experience with +30 peoples on multiple KPI management.
  • Experience with chemical industrial is preferred.
  • Ability of English oral and written, excellence skills for office software.
  • Ability to adapt of pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Night shift acceptance
