Job Description: 

Summary:

This role is responsible for onboarding new customers and suppliers as well as sustaining master data records and cleanup projects related to master data as required. Gather and translate all necessary forms and information required to sustain accurate and detailed master records across our systems that support our internal business processes. Work in conjunction with cross functional groups and other internal teams to ensure master data is completed in a timely manner adhering to corporate policy.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with business process owners, customer service and procurement teams globally to review new and change requests for master data records ensuring the requests are in compliance to company business policies and adhere to compliance and statutory requirements within defined Service Level Agreement. Maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering master data into any our software applications in a fast pasted multi-tasking and high transaction team. Adhere to company requirements for completeness and accuracy for master data. (70 %)
  • On a periodic basis assist cross functional team to maintain or change product pricing within ERP systems to support quoting and customer order pricing needs (10 %)
  • Maintain professional training and knowledge of our key software applications that store master data records. (5%)
  • Perform adhoc cleanup projects as assigned. (10%)
  • Other duties as assigned (5%)

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a business or related field
  • Experience utilizing multiple software platforms daily
  • Ability to select and consistently apply standard policies and procedures
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and completeness of work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management demonstrates effective multi-tasking between various software applications and maintaining Service Level Agreement
  • Experience validating and posting data and experience with terminology and interrelationships of data types Customer, Supplier
  • Experience in multiple tier-one platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SalesForce.com
  • Strong skills utilizing Word & Excel
  • Experience in service organization tasked with monitoring a Service Queue daily
