Job Description: 

Summary:

This role is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives and processes for the business unit.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.  
  • Liaison between the marketing, sales, and technology groups to ensure business is aligned based on business and customer needs.
  • Creates annual marketing plans that detail new product development, pricing, promotion, and development of distribution channels in target markets. 
  • Leads and manages the marketing function, including market development, product management, marketing communications and technical support. Ensures the use of rigorous marketing tools and best practices. 
  • Responsible for maintaining a highly skilled and motivated team of marketing professionals. Providing leadership, coaching and development opportunities to ensure the teams success. 
  • Actively participates as a member of the division's leadership team.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Marketing or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. 
  • 10 + years of related technical marketing experience in a business-to-business relationship
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience building and managing high performing teams.
