Job Description:
Summary:
This role is responsible for implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives. Manages a team of sales professionals to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Essential Functions:
- Achieve sales growth through customer development, new market entry, or geographical growth. Develop full understanding of our markets and customers, how they buy and their buying criteria; full understanding on our competition and how to secure and grow our market share.
- Manage assigned key accounts through the entire selling process.
- Facilitate sales enablement through communicating the value proposition of the products to the sales team and assist in the implementation of the product marketing tools that support the selling process.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross business leadership to identify and implement best practices including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Demand Planning.
- Provide Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback; understand and communicate customer’s evolving products and service requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. May consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- 6+ years’ experience in leading sales processes and engineered sales to accelerate growth for new products/designs
- Demonstrated success in Business-to-Business environment leading the effort to develop new sales
