Job Description: 

Summary:

This role is responsible for leading and directing the business unit sales team and driving business growth. Develops and implements sales strategies and ensures revenue growth by directing the sales team. Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales quotas.  

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and direct the implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and growth objectives. 
  • Achieve sales growth through customer development, new market entry, or geographical growth.
  • Maintain keen understanding of markets, customers, competition and how to secure and grow market share.
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross business leadership to understand company strategy, new product, and new market development
  • Ensure realistic and timely sales forecasting
  • Provide Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback; understand and communicate customer’s evolving products and service requirements to key internal collaborators.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 12+ years’ experience in leading sales processes in large markets
  • Experience in Business-to-Business environment leading the effort to develop new sales and capability of bridging customer requirements to technical feature set and broader market trends, indices, and capabilities.
