Job Description: 

Summary:

In this role you will be mainly accountable for aligning the requests of the customer with our production capabilities. You will be providing the needed technical CAD / CAM production data and information’s to assure a lean manufacturing flow of the products. As well as supporting the production departments and project teams.

Essential Functions:

•    Analyze and evaluate the technical feasibility of customer designs.
•    Advise customers on design improvements and technical solutions.
•    Develop, create, and test prototypes based on customer specifications.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss innovative solutions with customer internal/external.
•    Document and present results and recommendations based on production results.
•    Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial design, or a related field

·       Experience in feasibility assessment and prototype development

·       Experienced in process technology for AMB or DBC production or relating field

·       Strong analytical skills and proficient in six sigma methodology

·       Strong communication and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Flexibility and willingness to operate in a hybrid work environment

·       Good oral and written communication skills in English.
