Job Description: 

Summary:

This role is responsible for managing the procurement process and sourcing, negotiating & purchasing goods and services for the organization. Work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement. Maintains relationships with suppliers for goods/services/equipment to include negotiation and enforcement of contract while maintaining high performance standards of delivery, quality expectations and corrective actions.

Essential Functions:

  • Play as key procurement team member to support new silicon line in RSZN not only cover direct material purchasing but also indirect purchasing.
  • Build and maintain a strong supplier base to support business development. work with quality and engineering to evaluate supplier performance quarterly, drive supplier performance improvement on quality, delivery, lead time, service etc.
  • In accordance with supplier segmentation management to take action in developing commodity supplier to ensure supplying continuity and risk mitigation.
  • Support key material localization and new product development.
  • Create and maintain the purchasing data in ERP system timely and present reports and analysis to internal customer to take necessary action accordingly.
  • Complete other assignment from time to time by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and prefer major in polymer material.
  • 5+ years’ experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain and prefer silicon material knowledge and better understand the marketing intelligence.
  • Knowledge of ISO/IATF quality system.
  • Good English both in written and oral.
  • Good office software skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill.
  • High accountability and good team sprit.
