Job Description: 

Summary:

Rogers Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient customer services through the management and improvement of the customer service function for our Elastomeric Materials Solutions Division, Position will be based out of our Woodstock CT facility and will oversee the  customer service team at that facility as well as our RI and DE facilities.  After fully trained, this position will be eligible for a hybird work arrangement which would be 3 days in the office and 2 remote. 

Essential Functions:

  • Manage customer service team to ensure a high level of efficiency, effectiveness and service.
  • Manage customer-related services, from pricing through invoicing, as directed by division management for intra-divisional, domestic, and international customers.
  • Manage customer complaint process and ensure timely responses to customers and summary reports to management.
  • Develop and improve departmental systems and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Manage communications and transactions with internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform audits of revenue according to corporate controls. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.  May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • 8+ years' experience in a manufacturing sales support and order processing
  • Experience leading or supervising the work of others in multiple locations.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and keep track of audit documentation. 
  • Ability to create and analyze reports to identify trends, problems and recommend remediation and experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
